SYNOPSIS:           

Moderate northeasterly winds are expected across the Cayman area for the next 24 hours. Further north, a nearly stationary front over the Isle of Youth will drift into the Cayman area by tomorrow morning increasing the cloudiness and chance showers over our area for the next few days. 

THE FORECAST: 

Today: Partly cloudy skies with a 20% chance of isolated showers. Temperatures will rise to the mid 80’s. Winds will be northeast 15 to 20 knots. Seas will be moderate to rough with wave heights of 3 to 6 feet. 

Tonight: Mainly fair skies with less than 20% chance of isolated showers. Temperatures will fall to the low 70’s. Winds will be northeast 15 to 20 knots. Seas will be moderate to rough with wave heights of 3 to 6 feet.

Tomorrow: High 7:45 a.m.  

SUNSET: 6:24 p.m. Today.  SUNRISE: 6:55 a.m. Tomorrow.  

OUTLOOK: is for fresh northeasterly and rough seas through Monday evening as a high pressure system builds over the central US. Also, the front that is expected to drift over the Cayman area Sunday morning will become stationary as it weakens and linger over our area for the next few days.
